Q 1. What if you are unable to complete the process of registration?

●	Check if the serial number you have inputted is correct. It has to have 22 digits and alphanumeric.
●	Make sure that you are currently connected online. Once you have registered, users can use the product while it is offline.
●	When you are registering, make sure you are not running other VM applications at the same time.

Q 2. How can I register on another computer?

●	Users can’t install the software in two or more computers at the same time.
●	If you have registered the software on Computer A, and decided use it on Computer B, you must first deregister the software on Computer A. Once you have deregistered, you can now register on Computer B with the same serial number you used to register.

Q 3. How can I deregister from one computer?

●	You must deregister before you uninstall the software.
●	Check if the serial is 22 alphanumeric digits.
●	Make sure that you are currently connected online.
●	When you are deregistering, make sure you are not running other VM applications at the same time.

Q 4. How long are the warranties for each product?

●	Our company will warranty 1 full year for all products.

Q 1. Is the Shu Fa Digital Calligraphy MAC OS or Linux compatible?

●	Unfortunately, at this time, it is only compatible for Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/Vista/7.

Q 2. What is the difference between "Open Script" and "Open Template" in Shu Fa Digital Calligraphy?

●	Template is great for tracing the picture or words that is programmed in the software. After tracing is completed, users can save it in a .stk or .smp file, with a given new file name. This will allow users to replay each stroke written by the user.
●	Script is a file that will automatically display the formatted strokes of the character or picture programmed in the software. Users can learn how a character or picture is formed.

Q 3. How do I replay or delete what I have writed or traced?

●	On the bottom-right corner of the software, there is a rewind, play and fast forward button.

Q 4. How can I adjust the speed of replay of my script?

●	At the bottom is a setting button, after you clicked into the setting page, you will be able to adjust the speed of replay.

Q 5. How do I email the work I have made using Shu Fa Digital Calligraphy?

●	Method 1: At the bottom-left corner, there will be an envelope icon, designed for you to send your finished work through email.
●	Method 2: You can save your finished file into image (JPG or BMP) or executable (EXE) file, then attach the file to your mail editor and send.

Q 6. What kind of file can I save my work as?

●	STK file, which replays your work.
●	EXE file, can replay your work without STK reader.
●	JPEG, a picture file.
●	BITMAP, a picture file.

Q 7. If I don’t have a Shu Fa Digital Calligraphy, am I still able to watch the digital script (STK file)?

●	Yes, please go to our website and download the STK reader for free.

Q 8. What are the different versions of language do the Shu Fa Digital Calligraphy comes in?

●	Currently, we have Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English and Japanese version.

Q 9. What do I do, if the cursor appearing on screen and my writing script is not aligned?

●	At the bottom-right of the page, you will find an icon for cursor positioning. Clicking icon will help you aligned your cursor to your Shu Fa Digital Calligraphy.

Q 10. What is the difference between "Save Script" and "Save as Image"?

●	"Save Script" will allow users to replay their work.
●	"Save as Image" will allow users to save as a JPEG/BITMAP file.

Q 11. Are tablets from another company compatible with Shu Fa Digital Calligraphy?

●	Yes. If you have purchased the v1.7 you will be able to use other tablets to write and draw. For best results, please use tablets that are at least 512 levels of pressure sensitivity.

Q 1. What if I lost my digital pen?

●	You may purchase another digital pen on our website.

Q 2. How can I change or refill the tip of my digital pen?

●	All digital pen comes with two refills. Pull out the old tip by a refill remove tool and insert the new one.

Q 3. What if the digital pen is not responding to the tablet?

●	Make sure the USB is connected properly.
●	Check if the process of driver installation is complete.
●	Check if there ia a battery in the pen, or if a new battery is needed. (Except for WACOM Tablets.)
●	When you are using the pen, beware of pressing the button on the side.

Q 4. What is the button on the digital pen used for?

●	It functions like a mouse, with left and right click. Pressing the bottom of the button is equivalent to pressing the right click of the mouse, vice versa.
